Plumbridge Collective, Inc. · Newport, Kentucky · Effective date: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Plumbridge Collective, Inc. (“Plumbridge,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit plumbridgecollective.com (the “Site”). The Site is an informational corporate website; we do not sell products, process payments, or require accounts here.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us by email (for example, at hello@plumbridgecollective.com) or through a form on the Site, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as:

  • Pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, and approximate (city-level) location;
  • Device and browser type, operating system, screen size, and referring website;
  • Internet Protocol (IP) address, which Google truncates/processes per its current practices, and pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies.

We have configured Google Analytics for measurement purposes only. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising features, demographic reporting, or remarketing, and we do not use the Site to serve advertising.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content;
  • To understand aggregate visitor interest in our operating companies, ownership-succession information, and careers content;
  • To respond to inquiries you send us, including succession and partnership conversations you initiate;
  • To protect the security and integrity of the Site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Google Analytics disclosures

Information generated by the Google Analytics cookies about your use of the Site is transmitted to and stored by Google. Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate Site usage and compile reports. Google may also process this information as described in its own policies. For more information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. Analytics data is retained under our Google Analytics settings for 14 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated.

Your choices

  • Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site remains fully usable without analytics cookies.
  • Google Analytics opt-out. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics across all websites.
  • Email. You may contact us at hello@plumbridgecollective.com to ask what information we hold about correspondence you have sent us, or to request its deletion.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As described above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any applicable right, contact us at hello@plumbridgecollective.com; we will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Visitors outside the United States

The Site is operated from the United States and directed to a U.S. audience. If you visit from outside the U.S., information collected through the Site will be processed in the U.S. Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, our legal basis for analytics processing is our legitimate interest in understanding Site usage, and the rights described above are available to you.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Third-party links

The Site links to websites operated by others, including our operating companies (PL Marketing; three sixty Merchandising Solutions), our careers portal, and organizations such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an informational website. Correspondence you send us is retained as long as needed for the purpose it was sent and consistent with our records practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
